AWL update | Coronavirus

Dear relation,

Due to the recent developments around COVID-19, we would like to inform you about the measures taken by AWL regarding the global spread of the coronavirus. AWL is closely monitoring the advice and recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), local authorities, and advice centers regarding COVID-19. The objective of these measures is to protect the health and safety of our employees, customers, and relations and to avoid adverse effects on the supply chains as much as possible.

• We will continue our services from remote locations. Onsite meetings will be changed, if possible, to remote sessions. We will continue to be available by phone or Skype through your usual contact person.
• Due to these difficult times, we want to provide our customers with the best possible service without putting our employees or the employees of our partners at risk. Our Project Managers and Account Managers will take measures to ensure our and your safety.
• Access to our locations is currently limited and subject to strict criteria. If you had planned to visit AWL, please contact your contact person within AWL for determining how to anticipate.

We presume that you will do everything in your power to avoid impending supply bottlenecks in your supply chain. Should there nevertheless be delivery difficulties anticipated, we would like to ask you to inform your usual contact person within the purchasing department immediately.

We want to assure you that we as AWL are paying the utmost attention to this situation and directing all our efforts towards the smoothest possible cooperation with our partners in order to keep the effects of the coronavirus as low as possible.
