AWL Hosts Bi-Annual Entrepreneurial Meet-up Organized by Dutch political party ChristenUnie

On Monday, May 15th, AWL hosted a group of approximately 60 entrepreneurs and ChristenUnie parliamentarians for an entrepreneurial meet-up. The event was organized by Eppo Bruins, a former Dutch House of Representatives member who had previously visited AWL.

The ChristenUnie bid farewell to Gert-Jan Segers, the former party leader in the House of Representatives, who has left politics after ten years. Member of Parliament Don Ceder shared how political The Hague fights for the interests of entrepreneurs. With a slogan like "not maximum growth, but maximum flourishing," he made an impression on the audience. During the event, attendees got a glimpse into the world of automation and robotics. "If you want to be proud of the Dutch manufacturing industry, you have to be here. Leading in control and programming of robotics," said one of the attendees. The event concluded with a dinner and an informal networking opportunity.

The event provided a valuable chance for entrepreneurs and members of the Dutch House of Representatives to meet and discuss important issues in the sector. AWL places great value on providing insight into key themes within the manufacturing industry, with collaboration between the government and the industry being essential. Our continuous commitment to promoting such partnerships allows us to stay ahead in the ever-changing automation landscape.

The event organized by the ChristenUnie was a success, offering a platform for valuable discussions and networking opportunities for entrepreneurs and members of the Dutch House of Representatives. In short, it was a highly successful event.
