These are unusual, insecure times. The Coronavirus is gripping the world. The effects of the virus can be felt everywhere; in your private life, in your working environment, and in the way we interact with each other. Our primary concern is the health of our employees, their partners, their relatives, and friends. Our concern is also for you, our valued relationship, and your team. The measures we take are always in the interest of everyone's health.
As an international company operating worldwide, we take our responsibility to act following both national and international guidelines. AWL's approach is in line with the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO), local public health institutes, and travel instructions from the local government. It is our job to do everything in our power to continue supporting you during these difficult times.
1. We are there for you
In these challenging times, we want to offer our customers an optimal service without endangering our employees or those of our relations?. Unfortunately, physical distance is now more critical than ever. We continue to provide our services from our branches. Appointments at our branches are, if possible, replaced by remote contact. We will remain available via your regular contact person by telephone or Skype. If there are modifications that you would like to make or if your production has come to a standstill, we are there to think along with you. Despite the physical distance, we can maintain our relationships and work together on plans for the future.
2. We think along with you
Despite these difficult circumstances, we want to support you as much as possible to guarantee your productivity. This requires a lot of customization and flexibility. We want to support our relations, where production is currently at a standstill. We are always willing to look for solutions cooperatively. We can quickly anticipate in any situation, and within a few hours, we can start global actions. We would also like to think along with you in training questions and technological developments for the future. Right now, we can use the time together to prepare for the future. 3. Health comes first!
Health is paramount in all our locations worldwide. For example, in the Netherlands, we often work at home, but where necessary with Split Operation and the building is divided into zones. Our office workers in the Czech Republic, the United States, and Mexico work entirely from home. Regular business is in full swing again in China, with restrictions on travel still apply. We will not travel in the EU and the United States until further notice. We always set high standards for the safety of our employees; we have now taken this a step further by strict hygiene measures. In this way, we ensure that our branches can remain operational.
